The first concrete stop
A territory becomes a studio, laboratory and story
In Canale Monterano ApeTerra meets the annual “Di Ape in Ape” event for a pilot weekend combining beekeeping, the Honey Museum, biodiversity, the Agricultural University, family activities, research, art, streaming and social content.
Production stays concentrated in the historic centre to reduce travel; on Sunday the story opens out to the Reserve, the amphitheatre and Casale Santioro.

A drawing that becomes a public symbol
Bear 001 comes from the original concept and drawing of an 11-year-old child. In Canale Monterano the artwork enters ApeTerra’s public story alongside the crowdfunding campaign and the hives.
